Kari Severson Snaza is Co-Founder and CEO of Oasis Health, which is building the leading value-based care solution. Kari serves on the board of directors for U.S. Anesthesia Partners (USAP) and Spire Health. She previously served as Chief Strategy Officer of the Mayo Clinic. In this role, Kari worked closely with executive leadership and the board to develop corporate vision in support of Mayo’s Bold. Forward. 2030 strategic plan. Prior to Mayo Clinic, Kari spent 15 years with UnitedHealth Group in leadership roles across the Optum and UnitedHealthcare businesses. Key highlights include leading UHG Global’s strategy and business development organization, building out the OptumCare integrated ambulatory care delivery platform and oversight of UnitedHealthcare’s dual eligible special needs (D-SNP) health plan product. An entrepreneur at heart, Kari’s professional experience also includes founding a social wellness start up, Walkway, serving as an advisor to early-stage ventures, and healthcare consulting engagements. Snaza received her Bachelor of Science in business administration from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and her M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. She is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

John Mark Hackney serves as our Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Oasis, John Mark was a Vice President at Triple Aim Partners. He previously served in several other key executive roles including Chief Executive Officer Southeast and Regional Vice President – Strategy in the Medicare division of UnitedHealthcare. Prior to UnitedHealthcare, he held roles in finance, quality and analytics at Cigna-HealthSpring.

Dave Moen, MD serves as our Chief Provider Relations Officer. Prior to joining Oasis, Dr. Moen was the President of Prospero Health Partners and serves as the part-time Executive Director, Clinical Affairs at Level2. Dr. Moen previously held several leadership roles including as the Executive Chairman at Orthology; Board Member and Co-founder at NetClinic and Chairman of National Clinical Governance Council for TeamMD. Dr. Moen earned his Medical Degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Idan Ben-Arieh serves as the Chief Data and Analytics Officer. Prior to joining Oasis, Idan served as the Chief Data and Analytics officer at Patina. He previously held executive leadership roles in Data Science and business intelligence at Devoted and Iora Health.

Kara Burg serves as the Executive Director, Iowa Market. Prior to joining Oasis, Kara served as the Sr. Director for Payer Partnerships at Evolent. She also spent several years with Mercy Medical Center leading Quality, Risk and Clinic Operations.

Jaimee Gertz serves as Vice President, People. Prior to joining Oasis, Jaimee was a Human Resources director at Mayo Clinic – where she spent almost 15 years supporting various executive leaders.

Alex Hall serves as the Executive Director, Virginia Market. Prior to joining Oasis, Alex was the Head of Clinical Operations at Patina. He previously worked as the Senior Director, Clinical Services at AllyAlign Health and spent several years at Bon Secours Health System.

Kyle Hecker serves as the Executive Director, Louisiana Market. Prior to joining Oasis, Kyle served as a Director at Humana supporting Provider Engagement. He previously worked at Ochsner Health System as a Clinical Services Manager.

Suzanne Kieltyka serves as the Executive Director, Georgia Market. Prior to joining Oasis, Suzanne served as the National Director of Clinical Outcomes Support at Aledade, Inc. She previously held leadership roles in Value-Based Care at Humana and Summit Medical Group.

Julie Joyce serves as Vice President, Network. Prior to joining Oasis, Julie was the Vice President of Provider Contracting for California at Optum. She spent almost 20 years in Network Management at AppleCare.

Clare Messerschmidt serves as Vice President, Product. Prior to joining Oasis, Clare was the Senior Director for Growth and Strategy at Sevita; she also worked at early-stage start-up Instawork and served as Chief of Staff within Corporate Development for Fresenius Medical Care North America.

Nishant Patel serves as Vice President, Finance. Prior to joining Oasis, Nishant worked at Village MD as a Vice President of Finance and spent time at Deloitte within their Strategy and Finance consulting team.

Pat Raisor serves as the Vice President, Performance Management. Prior to joining Oasis, Pat was a Vice President at Triple Aim Partners. He previously held several leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group across Finance, Strategy and Analytics.
