Value Partner
As a Value Partner, you collaborate with primary care providers and their teams to educate and ultimately deliver results where patients are achieving better outcomes. If you are passionate about keeping care local, have experience and demonstrated success driving performance in Medicare Advantage – consider joining our team!
Patient Advocate
As a Patient Advocate, you have an opportunity to support the healthcare journey of patients – whether it’s by driving connectivity between families and the care team, ensuring medications are refilled or by uploading critical documentation into medical chart. You will also work closely with our Value Partner team.
Coder
Coders are valued members of our team – responsible for independently reviewing clinical documentation and coding.
Whether you are an experienced coder passionate about educating providers – or are newly certified looking for mentorship and guidance to grow your skills – we have a home for you. Our coders directly support assigned clinics and together with our Value Partners help support practice performance. Join us!

The culture at Oasis is phenomenal. I can be myself. I can bring my ideas to the table without judgement. I am a medical coder. To Oasis, my position matters because I contribute to the accurate coding process required to fulfill our obligation to the medical practices we contract with. The Coding Team has advanced coders and new coders. We have developed a mentoring program where the advanced coders work with the new coders. By doing this, the new coders strengthen their skills. It is so inspiring for me to see that partnership and willingness for everyone to work together. Also, it’s very rewarding to see the new coders express their appreciation in learning new things. Oasis is a company with values I live every day.
I was drawn to Oasis when I heard about the mission, vision and values. In a previous role, I worked with Medicare patients with multiple chronic conditions – and I understood the issues they faced. As a Value Partner for Oasis, I get to have a greater impact on those patients that need it most by working with their primary care providers. Our provider partners are committed to providing the best patient care to achieve better outcomes for patients. I get to be a part of that process by offering support they would not normally have. My market team is close – and we work together – everyone is giving it their all every single day. We learn together, we build together. We take the wins and face the challenges together! But it doesn’t stop there. The Oasis Team operates the same way! I’m over a year in and I’m still in awe of the people at Oasis!
